Atlantic Aviation is currently seeking new team members who share our passion for customer service excellence and the aviation industry! The Ticket Agent is a critical position on our team, responsible for providing a friendly, professional, and courteous experience to all Atlantic Aviation customers, suppliers, and employees. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is located in Hyannis, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard, MA.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in person with check-in, flight details, aircraft cleaning, and boarding.
2. Process transactions accurately in our online system, ensuring proper documentation and records.
3. Follow all safety regulations, procedures, and SOPs.
4. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation and transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player willing to assist wherever needed.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Physically capable of walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass TSA background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Work Schedule

This is a seasonal position from May to October, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.
