Qualifications

• Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Food safety certification is required.
• Previous kitchen experience is a big plus.
• Knowledge of knife handling and basic cooking procedures is expected.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and complete tasks accurately.
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
• Work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a professional appearance.
