The Wharf, a seafood-from-scratch restaurant located at Orlando Sunset Walk in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a skilled Cook 2 to join our culinary team. You will help prepare fresh dishes in a fast-paced, resort-style kitchen and uphold our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, stocking stations, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with the team to ensure proper temperature, presentation, and timely

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Food safety certification is required (e.g., ServSafe).
• Experience in a kitchen or line cook role is preferred.
• Must be able to work quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and storage containers.
• Work multiple stations and assist team members as needed.
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards.
