Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Thrive Coach to help employees overcome barriers to employment stability and achieve personal, educational, and career growth through coaching, service navigation, and resource connection.

The role involves conducting intensive case management, using the Thrive and Flourish Matrix to support wellbeing, and coordinating with stores across the territory. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required, with possible evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Associate's degree with two years of relevant work experience accepted.
• High School diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, mission-driven case management and service navigation to employees.
• Use Thrive and Flourish Matrix to assess wellbeing and develop individualized success plans.
• Assist with housing stability, mental health, healthcare, transportation, and financial empowerment.
• Identify career pathways and opportunities for skill development and advancement.
• Maintain documentation within 24 hours of meetings in Datatracks.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to expand support networks.
• Travel within assigned territory to conduct visits and store meetings as needed.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality, ensuring compliant operations.
• Communicate progress and barriers to the Director of Mission Services.
• Support community engagement initiatives and advocate for employees.
