Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area seeks a Thrive Coach to help employees overcome barriers to employment stability. You will provide intensive case management, service navigation, and resource connections to support personal, educational, and career growth.

Responsibilities include using the Thrive and Flourish framework, guiding housing stability, mental health, healthcare, and transportation access, and helping employees explore career pathways within GKA and the broader labor market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Associate's degree in Human Services with two years of relevant work experience.
• High School diploma or GED with four years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with case management, coaching, or workforce development preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience serving diverse populations and facilitating access to community resources.
• Experience with crisis situations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, mission-driven case management and service navigation to employees.
• Use Thrive and Flourish Matrix to assess wellbeing, identify barriers, and develop plans.
• Offer guidance in housing stability, mental health, healthcare, transportation, and financial empowerment.
• Assist employees in identifying career pathways and opportunities for advancement.
• Serve as a neutral support resource to align employee and manager goals.
• Maintain quarterly store visits and attend meetings to market services.
• Document case notes and progress in Datatracks within 24 hours.
• Build relationships across teams and report progress to the Director of Mission Services.
• Champion community engagement and partnerships with outside agencies.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and recommend organizational improvements.
• Promote workplace safety and maintain confidentiality per policy.
