Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Ride Attendant to create a safe, enjoyable guest experience by greeting riders and managing loading/unloading with strict safety protocols.

You will monitor queues, communicate clearly, follow procedures, and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This role is safety-sensitive and requires compliance with venue rules.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
  • Greet guests, assist with ride boarding and exiting, and monitor elevator capacities.
  • Explain safety and loading procedures to guests and ensure understanding.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns to leads, supervisors, or tower dispatchers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pre-loading areas and follow all safety procedures.
