Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC., in Las Vegas, seeks a Ride Attendant to help create a safe and enjoyable guest experience at our iconic property. You’ll greet guests, manage ride loading, and uphold safety protocols to ensure smooth operation and memorable visits.

Qualifications

• High level of guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Greet and guide guests, assist with ride boarding and exiting, and maintain proper elevator capacities
• Monitor guest queues and maintain cleanliness of pre-loading areas
• Explain safety and loading procedures, ensuring guest understanding and compliance
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
• Identify and accommodate guests with special needs
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to leads, supervisors, or tower dispatchers
• Consistently follow all operational, safety, and emergency procedures
• Ensure hourly guest capacity is maintained, and ride traffic is tracked as required
• Create a fun and welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
