Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a SkyJump Attendant to deliver a safe, exciting jump experience for guests. You will prepare guests, operate the SkyJump retail store, and uphold safety and service standards.

You’ll need strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures. This role is on-site at The STRAT, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic entertainment venue.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
  • Educate guests about the SkyJump experience, outfit and schedule them for their jump.
  • Greet, harness/unharness, and escort guests while maintaining a safe and engaging environment.
  • Perform operational duties in the SkyJump retail store, including inventory, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Conduct safety checks and report hazards or equipment concerns to the Jump Master.
  • Maintain attraction cleanliness, support queue management, and uphold safety procedures.
  • Offer information about promotions, services, and events while engaging guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description Summary

As the SkyJump Attendant, you play a vital role in delivering an exciting, safe, and unforgettable jump experience for guests. You support the SkyJump attraction by preparing guests for their jump, operating the retail store, and ensuring safety procedures and service standards are upheld. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to guest service help enhance the overall experience and contribute to the success of the SkyJump attraction.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
  • Educate guests about the SkyJump experience, outfit and schedule them for their jump

Qualifications
  • 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to use the metric system (weights, lengths, etc.)
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
Requirements
  • This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
