Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and represent TSA's mission and values.
• Greet donors and shoppers and assist with transactions at the register.
• Operate the POS system and balance cash drawers.
• Open, close, and balance cash drawers per TSA cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store by restocking and tidying racks.
• Support store productivity and contribute to sales goals.
• Flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
