• Execute store opening/closing procedures and banking tasks.
• Maintain product displays, rotation, and floor layouts to optimize appeal.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints when needed.
• Support policy implementation and report concerns to management.
• Offer guidance to staff in the absence of management.
