Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee daily sales floor operations in our Maryland location. You will coach staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and help meet sales targets while maintaining store standards.

You’ll collaborate with management to implement strategies, drive store performance, and foster a positive, efficient workplace. Prior thrift/retail exposure is a plus, along with bilingual capabilities to assist a diverse

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor under the Retail Manager.
Team Development: Supervise and mentor retail team members with ongoing coaching.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising on the floor.
Cashier Operations: Supervise cashier activities and cash handling procedures.
Learning and Growth: Review key reports and contribute to performance metrics with guidance.
Collaborative Leadership: Work with the Retail Manager to implement sales strategies.
