Job summary

Jubilee Ministries Inc. in Lebanon County, PA is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations in a faith-driven environment, helping supervise staff and ensure adherence to policies.

This full-time position offers Monday–Saturday schedules, with shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, and compensation of $19.00 per hour. You will engage with customers, maintain merchandise displays, participate in staff meetings and devotions, and contribute to our mission to share the Gospel through

Responsibilities

Assist manager in store operations and supervising staff ensuring policy and procedures are being followed.
Assist manager in overseeing the display of merchandise throughout the store.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
Be alert for shoplifting and follow Shoplifting Policy.
Be a part of staff meetings and team building.
Other duties as assigned.
