Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in the United States seeks a part-time Store/Dock Assistant to provide a welcoming customer service experience and support donation processing.

Responsibilities include operating the register, resolving concerns, and keeping shelves and the store organized. You will participate in staff meetings and uphold ourMission Statement, Core Values, and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
• Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and keeping store and dock clean and organized.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.

The Details

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, Morning & Evenings

Hours: 14 hours per week

Compensation: $14.00/hour
