Job summary

JUBILEE MINISTRIES INC. is seeking a store/dock associate to provide excellent customer service and support the Rebuilt Store with lifting and light construction knowledge.

This role involves operating the register, processing donations, stocking shelves, and assisting in opening/closing. Schedule Mon–Sat, 8:00 am–8:00 pm; compensation $14.00/hour and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 403b retirement plan.

Qualifications

Hands-on problem-solver capable of handling daily tasks.
Attention to detail at a fast pace.
Most reliable and hard worker.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
Be part of staff meetings and team building.

Please note in this position you will be part of the Rebuilt Store where there will be lifting required and also you should have some knowledge of construction.
