Job summary

Command Post Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Threat Systems Engineer to support cyber and electronic warfare threat operations in a distributed MDO environment.

You will engineer, configure, and validate threat systems, defensive controls, and supporting infrastructure used to replicate adversary capabilities within high-fidelity threat emulation environments. Responsibilities include translating threat intelligence into operational configs, deploying across cloud and edge environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in cyber operations or threat systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with offensive/defensive cyber tools in threat emulation.
• Understanding of adversary infrastructure, defensive architectures, and operational employment.
• Ability to operate across distributed teams in high-tempo environments.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, and implement cyber threat systems and defensive controls within threat emulation environments.
• Translate threat intelligence into executable system configurations that reproduce adversary infrastructure and behaviors.
• Support deployment, integration, and sustainment of threat systems across distributed cloud, hub, and Tactical Edge Device environments.
• Ensure threat systems provide realism while maintaining repeatability, stability, and control during training and testing.
• Validate that emulated threat systems accurately reflect adversary capabilities and operational effects.
• Conduct testing, tuning, and assessment of threat system configurations for functionality and mission relevance.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions or system enhancements.
• Support verification activities to align threat systems with operational objectives.
