Job summary

Dataminr seeks a skilled Solutions Architect for our Customer Success team. You will sit between customers, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into platform capabilities, security integrations, and automated workflows.

You’ll drive adoption, provide proactive guidance, and advocate for customers while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to improve the threat intelligence platform's value and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Support or technical role in cybersecurity or related field.
• Hands-on with TIP, SOAR, SIEM and security automation technologies.
• Experience with Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive Platform Adoption & Guidance through workshops and reviews.
• Map requirements and architecture to platform capabilities and data models.
• Integrate security ecosystems including SIEM, SOAR, threat feeds.
• Design automations, workflows and agentic AI-assisted playbooks.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and manage requests.
• Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to influence roadmap and docs.
• Mitigate adoption and renewal risks; travel for workshops as needed.
