Job summary

Dataminr is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success team in a hybrid NYC or Arlington, VA role. You will sit between customers, Product, and Engineering to help organizations leverage threat intelligence to reduce risk and drive platform adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a technical security role, hands-on experience with TIP/SOAR/SIEM, and strong Python/REST API skills.

Qualifications

3+ years in Customer Success or a technical cybersecurity role.
Hands-on experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP), SOAR, SIEM.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and MITRE ATT&CK; STIX/TAXII.
Python scripting and REST API integrations; troubleshooting networks.
Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain value to analysts and executives.
End-to-end project ownership from discovery to deployment.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Train administrator and analyst users across diverse use cases and deliver workshops with Customer Success Managers.
Lead technical discovery sessions to map goals, workflows and systems to platform capabilities.
Integrate third‑party security tools and data sources (SIEM, SOAR, threat feeds, STIX/TAXII).
Design and build playbooks, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows for security challenges.
Build lasting relationships with customers’ technical stakeholders and manage requests.
Bring customer feedback to Product/Engineering to influence the roadmap and maintain best practices.
Travel to customer sites for workshops, implementations, and issue resolution as needed.
