Job summary

Axon is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst to strengthen its Global Security Operations Center. You will monitor global threats, produce intelligence reports, and coordinate with InfoSec, Cybersecurity, and physical security teams to protect personnel and facilities.

Role requires 3–5 years in threat intelligence or security, strong OSINT skills, and excellent reporting. Applicants should be ready to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to incident response and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of threat intelligence or security experience in relevant settings.
• Strong OSINT, social media monitoring, and threat landscape analysis.
• Excellent written and oral reporting for decision-makers.
• Understanding of the convergence between physical security, cybersecurity, and information security domains.
• Experience with enterprise security risk management and incident command models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor global threat landscapes and provide near real-time intelligence to GSOC leadership.
• Produce clear threat assessments, advisories, BOLOs, and situational reports for stakeholders.
• Bridge threat intelligence across physical security, information security, and cybersecurity domains.
• Develop and maintain early warning indicators, risk models, and intelligence watchlists.
• Assist in training GSOC staff on intelligence tools, procedures, and current threats.
• Represent Axon in external threat intelligence exchanges and security working groups.
• Support incident monitoring and escalation during crisis events.
