Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Analyst, Protective Intelligence to triage, report, and monitor threats that could impact our clients and assets. You will identify risks, perform incident response, and support travel risk operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a largely virtual setting, with regular interactions across on-shift intelligence analysts and leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and OSINT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail.
• OSINT skills to collect, assess, and rapidly assimilate information into concise, actionable reports.
• Familiarity with news sources, social media, and real-time monitoring.
• Ability to assimilate and leverage new technologies.
• Working knowledge of IT troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated interest in supporting physical security and operational logistics.
• Aptitude for clear written and verbal communications under time-sensitive conditions.
• Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Schedule flexibility to work off-hours and weekends.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Triage, report, and monitor security incidents impacting Crisis24 PSG assets.
• Identify and assess known and emerging risks; provide incident response and travel risk support.
• Receive training on investigative and threat assessment techniques.
• Monitor open-source and closed-source datasets, geopolitical events, and health concerns.
• Coordinate RFIs for ad-hoc secure transport and executive protection workflows.
• Support PIC shift operations and ensure smooth handoffs.
