Job summary

Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services seeks an Intelligence & Investigation Analyst to support the Global Security Operations Center. You will monitor global events, evaluate threat information, and transform raw data into actionable intelligence for security teams and leaders.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and written communication skills, OSINT experience, and a rigorous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, political science, intelligence studies, data analytics, international affairs, security studies, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in analytical, investigative, intelligence, GSOC, or related roles; internships may be considered.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills; familiarity with OSINT methods and threat assessment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global events and assess impact on personnel, facilities, travel, operations, and brand reputation.
• Support the intelligence cycle: collection, evaluation, analysis, and dissemination of information.
• Utilize OSINT tools and social media monitoring to identify and elevate threats.
• Review alerts and incidents; evaluate credibility and escalate significant findings.
• Assist investigations with data, CCTV reviews, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Support brand protection and online risk monitoring; identify counterfeit activity and phishing campaigns.
• Maintain case records and chain-of-custody in security systems.
• Produce concise intelligence products: alerts, briefs, and threat profiles.
• Conduct research to support summaries, judgments, and stakeholder briefings.
• Provide timely situational awareness during incidents; collaborate with GSOC and partners.
• Operate in a 24/7 security environment and adapt to coverage requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
