Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Protective Intelligence & Threat Analyst to identify and assess physical security threats affecting executives, personnel, and operations. You will leverage OSINT, investigative tools, and analytical methods to deliver clear risk assessments and actionable recommendations.

The role involves supporting protective operations, risk assessments, and time-sensitive intelligence briefings for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in protective intelligence, threat investigations, or related field.
• Ability to assess incomplete information and communicate risk with context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate physical threats to OpenAI personnel, facilities, and assets using OSINT and investigative techniques.
• Conduct POI and behavioral threat investigations to evaluate credibility and risk.
• Develop concise intelligence products and briefings for senior leadership and protective teams.
