Job description

The Threat Intelligence Analyst supports security operations across the Americas region by providing timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence that enables informed security decision-making. The analyst serves as the primary intelligence resource for the regional Datacenter Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC), monitoring emerging threats, producing intelligence products, supporting incidents, and helping security leaders understand risks that may impact personnel, facilities, operations or business activities. This role is well suited for an early- to mid-career intelligence professional seeking experience supporting a large-scale security operations environment.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will help the team stay informed about regional security developments that could affect people, facilities, or operations. You will track evolving regional risks, including security, environmental, and geopolitical developments, using trusted intelligence and open-source information channels to develop clear, actionable reports, assessments, and briefings for security leaders. You will also deliver timely intelligence support during incidents, crisis events, and elevated threat situations, ensuring key information needs are addressed, and significant concerns are escalated appropriately. You will maintain intelligence records and reporting documentation while working closely with PSOC leadership, field security teams, and partner stakeholders.

What you need to apply

We’re seeking someone with 3+ years of experience in threat intelligence, security operations, crisis management, investigations, OSINT research, military or government intelligence, critical infrastructure security, or a related field. You should be able to evaluate information from multiple sources, identify key risks and trends, and clearly explain how they could affect operations.

You will need sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to assess sources, solve problems, manage competing priorities, and work independently. Knowledge of issues affecting the Americas is required, while regional security experience and familiarity with intelligence platforms, data visualization, Python, KQL, or similar tools are preferred. You will be successful by delivering timely, actionable intelligence, anticipating emerging concerns, supporting incidents and crises, building trusted relationships, and continuing to grow as an intelligence professional.

What you’ll get

We offer more than just a job — we offer the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your growth and contributions truly matter. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working on a prestigious multinational client account, giving you firsthand exposure to global operations and cross-regional collaboration. Beyond day‑to‑day, you’ll enjoy opportunities to travel both locally and internationally.

We’re committed to employee development, with access to continuous learning, training programs, and career growth pathways designed to help you succeed and advance. We believe great work deserves great rewards—and we’re committed to staying competitive. This role offers a competitive salary and great benefits too. We invest in you so you can thrive—at work and beyond.

The extra stuff

This position requires—with or without reasonable accommodation—the physical and mental ability to perform all essential job functions effectively. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the job location, and willing to complete the company’s pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screening. This role may require evening, overnight, or weekend work, particularly during emergencies or high priority events. Work may occur in outdoor or inclement weather or environments requiring protective gear and heightened safety awareness. The role requires the physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (11 kg).
