Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking engineers for the ACTI organization to investigate, analyze, and defend against sophisticated cyber threats. You will own critical components, design scalable distributed systems, and drive threat intel workflows across Amazon's security ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development (non-internship).
• 2+ years in design or architecture of new/existing systems.
• 1+ years designing large-scale distributed software, tools, or services.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and architect critical components of ACTI's threat intel platforms; drive scalability and reliability.
• Design and implement distributed systems processing petabytes of security data.
• Lead SOA development to integrate complex threat intel workflows.
• Drive decisions on data modeling, storage, and processing frameworks.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and ops.
• Mentor junior engineers on system design and coding practices.
• Collaborate with threat intel analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build large-scale intelligence tooling to defend against evolving threats.
• Participate in production incidents and on-call rotations.
