Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout automotive manufacturing, production, and perimeter areas, reporting hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor and contractor procedures.
• Document incidents and activities accurately and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
