Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency responses at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Complete required reports, maintain logs, and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
