Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access at entry points by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Observe traffic, deliveries, and vendor activity to deter unauthorized entry and support operations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting actions and observations for proper reporting.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking, perimeter areas, and access points.
