Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor and employee activity.
• Report hazards, unusual activity, and security-related incidents to site contacts and leadership.
