Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the automotive location, including entry points and parking areas.
• Monitor access activity and report anomalies, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Complete required incident, patrol, and security documentation.
