Job summary

Exabeam is seeking a visionary technical leader to guide analytics, detections, and threat intelligence within the product management team. You will bridge technical execution with strategic vision, acting as both practitioner and cross-functional leader to advance threat detection across enterprise, cloud, and identity environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with threat detection and incident response expertise.
• Proven work with SIEM/UEBA platforms and detection content.
• Experience translating real-world feedback into detection roadmaps.
• Strong communication with executives and technical teams.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and enterprise security defenses.

Responsibilities

• Establish threat detection roadmap with quarterly objectives and plans.
• Lead threat detection, analytics, and research for product lines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Field teams to translate threats into capabilities.
• Drive customer-facing enablement on threat detection topics.
• Validate content and ensure timely delivery of research updates.
