Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Director, Product - Threat Intelligence & Detection to define and evangelize the commercial strategy and roadmap for threat intelligence, threat hunting, and detection engineering across the Aurora Platform. You will partner with Architecture, Engineering, Security Research, and Go‑to‑Market teams to align vision with business goals and drive innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with deep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, or security research.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years at a director level managing cross-functional teams delivering enterprise security products at scale.
• Proven track record of taking products from strategy through market launch with measurable results.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate cybersecurity strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present the vision and alignment with corporate strategy to stakeholders.
• Communicate strategy and high-level roadmap for threat intelligence and detections to Leadership, PM and Engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to leverage existing security research capabilities and avoid redundant development.
• Determine when new capabilities justify new products or platforms to maximize value.
• Create vision and strategy documents addressing high-level cybersecurity problems and emerging threats.
• Define and drive the strategic vision for threat intelligence and threat hunting across product lines.
