Job summary

The role includes training responsibilities, data entry, and covering breaks while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in manufacturing and supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leading experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with TM, TL and other Group Leaders.
• Coordinate with PC hot parts.
• Maintain quality and productivity improvements through Kaizens.
• Assist in training programs.
• Complete and maintain all paperwork and data entry.
• Cover breaks and lunches when needed.
• Troubleshoot machine when necessary.
• Support management decisions.
• Work necessary hours to accommodate production.
• Continuous 5S.
• Show quality leadership skills.
• Maintain a safe environment and encourage safety.
