Leoforce in Brea, CA is seeking an experienced Thread Roll Machinist to set up, operate, and troubleshoot thread rolling equipment for precision components.

You will read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part quality, collaborating with quality and engineering teams to meet strict specifications.

Hours include 1st shift and 2nd shift, with two Saturdays per month; Monday–Friday workweek. Competitive hourly pay plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating and setting up thread rolling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Thread Roll Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting thread rolling equipment to produce high-quality components that meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong machining experience, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency using precision measuring instruments.

Hours: 1st shift and 2nd shift available

1st Shift (4AM-230PM)

2nd Shift (230PM-1AM)

will work 2 Saturdays per month

Days: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
