Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Thread Roll Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in Fullerton, CA. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot thread rolling equipment to produce high-quality aerospace-fastener components per engineering specs.

Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills required. Shift options include 1st shift (4:00 AM–2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:30 PM–1:00 AM); you may work two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating and setting up thread rolling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in aerospace, fastener, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and metal products.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Thread Roll Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting thread rolling equipment to produce high-quality components that meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong machining experience, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency using precision measuring instruments.

Hours: 1st shift and 2nd shift available

1st Shift (4AM-230PM)

2nd Shift (230PM-1AM)

will work 2 Saturdays per month

Days: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
