Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leading experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & oral).
• Excellent people skills and teamwork would aid success.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality controls.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with TM, TL and other Group Leaders.
• Coordinate with PC hot parts.
• Maintain quality and productivity improvements through Kaizens.
• Assist in training programs.
• Complete and maintain all paperwork and data entry.
• Cover breaks and lunches when needed.
• Troubleshoot machines when necessary.
• Support management decisions.
• Work hours as needed to meet production.
• Maintain 5S practices.
• Demonstrate quality leadership in daily tasks.
• Maintain a safe environment and encourage safety.

Job Summary and Primary Objectives:

To monitor and assist the thread rolling process to ensure quality products. Motivate, train and direct the work activities of subordinate staff.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Maintain good communication with TM, TL and other Group Leaders


• Coordinate with PC hot parts


• Maintain quality and productivity improvements through Kaizens


• Assist in training programs


• Complete and maintain all paperwork and data entry


• Cover breaks and lunches when needed
