The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and capable of performing in a fast-paced production environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience operating thread rolling machinery preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Experience using measuring equipment and performing quality inspections.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines safely and efficiently.
• Produce threaded parts that meet blueprint, work order, and quality specifications.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges to verify dimensions and material requirements.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards established by supervision and engineering.
• Monitor tooling condition and notify supervision when repairs or replacements are needed.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient setup and operation of thread rolling equipment to produce high-quality threaded components that meet customer and engineering specifications.

• Required to wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
