Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute's Carolinas Medical Center Thoracic Oncology Clinic seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead daily ambulatory operations. You will oversee the Float Pool and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a BSN, an active RN license, and BLS certification, with previous management and oncology experience preferred. The position offers a 40-hour schedule with a 4x10 option after orientation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BSN required; Oncology experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Thoracic Oncology Clinic and the LCI Float Pool.
• Lead department leadership meetings focusing on operations, education and program development.
• Provide mentorship and engagement opportunities for the nursing team.
