Job summary

Atrium Health Greater Charlotte is hiring an RN Clinical Supervisor for Supportive Oncology to oversee three sections and a multidisciplinary team of MDs, APPs, and RNs. The role drives nursing practice, delivers care quality, and supports a healthy work environment.

We seek an RN with BSN or commitment to obtain one, state RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience (oncology preferred). The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, on-site in a busy ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred or enrolled in BSN within 1 year of hire and to finish within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations for three sections (senior oncology, integrative oncology, survivorship).
• Lead and coach teammates; participate in interviewing and supervision of nursing staff.
• Support manager to enhance nursing practice, quality, and care delivery.
