Job summary
Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute (CMC Thoracic Oncology Clinic) in Charlotte seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee ambulatory operations and the LCI Float Pool. You will guide daily operations, staff development, and ensure high-quality patient care across thoracic oncology services.
Collaborate with medical oncologists, surgeons, pulmonology, and APPs to deliver coordinated care. Lead department meetings, drive quality improvement, and support program development in an outpatient
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
- BSN.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Previous Oncology experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Shadowing with department leaders to build awareness and relationships.
- Oversee daily operations and problem-solve to support the team.
- Participate in department leadership meetings focused on operations, education and program development.
