Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor at the Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute’s Thoracic Oncology Clinic in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, outpatient leadership role oversees nursing operations, coordinates daily workflow, and supports a collaborative care team across clinicians, nurses, and support staff.

The position requires completion of an accredited nursing program, RN license, BLS, and a BSN; oncology experience and prior management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN is required.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Previous Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing with RN Clinical Supervisor and leadership meetings to build awareness and relationships.
• Oversee daily operations, solve problems, and create professional growth opportunities for the team.
• Participate in department leadership meetings addressing operations, education and program development.
