Qualifications

• BSN degree required and RN certification.
• 1 year RN experience required at hire.
• TX RN license at hire.
• CPR certification within 14 days.
• ACLS certification within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient conditions on admission and during stay.
• Plan, direct, evaluate and document care and discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures and report changes.
• Reassess patient needs after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide bedside handoff and comprehensive patient reports to oncoming shift.
