Qualifications

• BSN and RN experience required upon hire.
• TX RN license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver nursing care addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document care plans and transition/discharge plans with other disciplines.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostics; report significant changes to physicians.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Greet and relay patient information clearly during bedside shift reports to ensure continuity.
