Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• 1 year RN experience upon hire.
• Registered Nurse in TX upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition upon admission and during stay.
• Plan and document the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Implement treatments, procedures and safety protocols.
• Reassess and modify care based on patient response.
• Provide bedside handoffs with complete, accurate reports.
