Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.
• TX RN license required on hire.
• CPR within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and throughout stay; meet physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document care plans; coordinate patient discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; report changes to physicians and ensure safety practices.
