Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment; provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and patient education.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments; ensure safety and report changes.
• Evaluation: reassess and adjust care based on patient needs and physician input.
• Report Skills: provide Bedside Shift Report and ensure continuity of care.
