DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Second Shift Operation Supervisor to lead a frontline team in a 7:00pm–7:00am schedule, Sunday–Tuesday with rotating Saturdays. National salary range listed is $62,500–$70,000 with benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and improvement recommendations.
