Job summary

MRIGlobalFoodBev is seeking a Production Manager to lead the third shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM) in a fast-paced snack food facility. This hands-on role focuses on standardizing and stabilizing night operations while upholding strict food safety and quality standards.

You will lead a team of 3–4 supervisors and 90–100 hourly employees, work directly with the Plant Manager, and enjoy significant autonomy in a rapidly growing company backed by reinvestment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams on the plant floor.
• Strong focus on safety, GMP, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Ability to standardize processes and stabilize operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-shift production in a 350,000 sq ft facility.
• Coach and develop 3–4 supervisors and 90–100 hourly employees.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and executive leadership to drive growth.
• Maintain high production, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Drive problem-solving and operational accountability on the floor.
