Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking an RN to supervise nursing staff on shift and coordinate patient care to ensure quality and continuity. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians.

Qualifications include nursing degree with BSN preferred, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
