Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines, controlling cycle times and temperatures to specification.
• Load molds, charge with material, and unload finished parts.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent quality and safety.
• Use hand tools to adjust and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Record production counts, temperatures, and cycles accurately.
• Keep equipment clean and well-maintained; report problems early.
• Collaborate with shift team to meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to all safety rules and wear PPE.
