Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in metals manufacturing environments (casting, forging, machining, stamping) and with Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Manage and develop supervisors, team leaders, and manufacturing support personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools.
• Improve operational efficiency, product flow, throughput, and equipment effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing performance.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve profitability.
• Maintain strong customer focus by ensuring quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Communicate goals, priorities, and performance expectations throughout the organization.
