Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturer seeking a Plant Manager to lead a 650-employee operation with a $300M annual footprint. The role reports to the VP/General Manager and aims to begin interviews ASAP.

The incumbent will own manufacturing deliverables, budgets, and KPI targets while driving Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives through a seven-direct-report team. A bachelor's degree is required with MBA considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for consideration.
• 5+ years of Plant Operations Leadership experience.
• Profit/Loss and/or budgetary ownership.
• Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing deliverables and budget for the plant.
• Set production KPI's and deliverables.
• Provide direction and leadership aligned with business plans.
• Drive department process improvements and corrective actions.
• Develop and track strategic plant goals with measurable outcomes.
